Integration Coaching & Writing
Rooted in Presence, Clarity, and Connection
Integration Coach & Writer based in Summit County, Colorado. I support individuals in preparing for and integrating transformative life experiences into meaningful, lasting change.
Through one-on-one coaching, I help clients approach experiences with intention, make sense of what arises, and apply those insights in everyday life with clarity, presence, and alignment.
A Grounded Approach to Integration
Meaningful experiences can open the door to insight, clarity, and transformation — but real change happens through how we integrate those experiences into everyday life. My approach is rooted in presence, honest conversation, deep listening, and helping you reconnect with your own inner direction.
Through one-on-one coaching, I offer a grounded space to reflect, process, and make sense of what arises before, during, and after transformative experiences. Together, we explore how to translate insight into meaningful action, greater self-awareness, and lasting change. My work is centered on clarity, connection, and helping you move forward in a way that feels authentic, intentional, and aligned with who you are.
How I Work
Integration coaching is not about having all the answers. It is about creating space to slow down, reflect honestly, and make sense of meaningful experiences in a grounded and practical way.
I work with clients both virtually and in person, offering support before and after transformative experiences, as well as through periods of personal growth, emotional healing, and major life transitions. Together, we explore how to approach experiences with intention, process what arises, and translate insight into meaningful action and everyday change.
Sessions are centered around presence, honest conversation, deep listening, and reconnecting with your own inner direction. Depending on the individual, our work may include reflection and processing, journaling and integration practices, mindfulness and breathwork, ongoing support and accountability, or simply creating a grounded space to speak openly and honestly about what you are moving through.
My approach is not about forcing transformation or becoming someone new. More often, it is about remembering who you are beneath the noise, fear, conditioning, and disconnection, and learning how to live from that place with greater clarity, authenticity, and connection.
Who I Am
My path into integration coaching and writing began through my own search for healing and reconnection. After years of navigating anxiety, depression, rumination and obsessive thinking, along with multiple knee injuries that led to four surgeries in four years, I found myself searching for a way back to myself mentally, emotionally, physically, and spiritually. Through experiences with Ibogaine, Bufo Alvarius, and other methods of psychedelic-assisted therapies, I began reconnecting with who I am beneath the pain, fear, and overthinking. These experiences were not about escape, but about remembering and returning to my values of kindness and connection while reconnecting with a deeper sense of love, presence, truth, and intuition.
Over time, I came to understand that real transformation happens through integration. The experiences themselves can open the door, but the lasting work comes afterward through reflection, honest self-inquiry, writing, meditation, breathwork, nature, music, movement, and learning how to embody insight in everyday life. Writing became one of my most important integration tools, helping me process complex inner experiences and translate them into grounded understanding and meaningful change. Through journaling and reflection, I reconnected with what naturally comes most alive in me: listening deeply, guiding with clarity, and expressing difficult-to-articulate experiences through honest, accessible language.
Nature, movement, meditation, music, and meaningful connection also became essential parts of my healing process. Through hiking in the mountains, time spent in reflection, and learning how to slow down and listen more deeply, I began rebuilding a stronger relationship with myself and with life itself. These experiences taught me that healing is rarely about becoming someone new. More often, it is about remembering who we are beneath fear, conditioning, disconnection, and survival patterns, and learning how to live from that place more fully each day.
Alongside this personal work, I earned a Bachelor of Arts from Wake Forest University with studies in Psychology, Sociology, and Entrepreneurship. My background in psychology provided a strong foundation in human behavior, cognition, neuroscience, emotional development, and the patterns that shape identity and experience across the lifespan. Through coursework in developmental psychology, biopsychology, cognitive psychology, social psychology, and research methods, I developed a deeper understanding of the mind, nervous system, behavior, and the emotional challenges many people navigate throughout life. More importantly, these studies strengthened a growing passion for helping others better understand themselves, reconnect with meaning, and move through life with greater awareness, clarity, and compassion.
Professionally, I spent over seven years building and operating a digital marketing and content creation business, working closely with small businesses, health & wellness professionals, and alternative medicine practitioners. Through that work, I developed strong skills in writing, communication, coaching, and helping others clarify and express what matters most to them. Over time, I found myself especially drawn to working with practitioners whose work centered around healing, personal growth, and helping others reconnect with themselves. Supporting these professionals deepened my passion for the health, wellness, and alternative medicine space and reinforced a growing desire to contribute in a more personal, meaningful, and service-oriented way. Through years of close client relationships, honest conversation, and helping others communicate deeply personal work with clarity and authenticity, I naturally found my path toward integration coaching and writing.
Today, my work brings these paths together. Through integration coaching and writing, I support individuals in making sense of meaningful and transformative experiences and translating them into grounded, lasting change, rooted in presence, clarity, honesty, and connection. My approach is centered on deep listening, thoughtful reflection, and helping others reconnect with their own inner direction. Whether someone is navigating personal growth, emotional healing, life transitions, or profound transformative experiences, I aim to create a grounded and supportive space where insight can become meaningful action, greater self-understanding, and authentic change in everyday life.

Client Reviews
“Working with Drew after my time with ibogaine at Beond made a huge difference. The experience itself was powerful, but he helped me actually integrate it — make sense of what came up and bring it into my everyday life in a grounded way. He listens deeply, doesn’t force anything, and helps things click naturally. You can tell he’s been through it himself, which makes his guidance feel real and trustworthy. I’m really grateful for his support during that process.”

“Working with Drew has been a really powerful experience for me, especially around trauma. He creates a space where I feel safe to actually face things I’ve been avoiding, without pressure or judgment. He helped me work through some heavy experiences and, more importantly, showed me how to integrate what came up into my everyday life. Drew has a way of bringing clarity and peace to things that feel overwhelming, and you can tell he genuinely cares. I’ve come out of our work feeling more grounded, more aware, and a lot more serene.”
[Integration Client, 2025]
“Spending time working with Drew gave me a different kind of clarity than I’ve found elsewhere. He doesn’t rush to explain things, he creates space for you to actually see it for yourself. What felt overwhelming started to feel workable, and the insights didn’t just stay in my head, they showed up in how I live day to day. There’s a calm, steady presence he brings that makes the whole process feel natural. I’m genuinely thankful for the impact he’s had on me.”
